London Heritage Tours provides private guided tour services in London, UK, with Russian-speaking guides. Our services include:

• Hidden London discovery tours
• Customized private group tours

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking Process

All bookings must be made through our official contact methods. A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

3.2 Payment Terms

• Full payment is required before or at the start of the tour
• We accept cash, bank transfers, and major credit cards
• Prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP)
• All prices include VAT where applicable

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Client Cancellations

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour: Full refund
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours before the tour: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour: No refund

4.2 Company Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel tours due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or rescheduling option.

5. Tour Conduct and Safety

5.1 Client Responsibilities

• Arrive at the agreed meeting point on time
• Follow the guide's instructions and safety guidelines
• Respect local customs and regulations
• Inform us of any medical conditions or mobility issues

5.2 Safety Disclaimer

Participation in tours is at your own risk. We recommend appropriate footwear and clothing for walking tours. We are not liable for accidents or injuries that occur during the tour.
